Childrens mobile phone
Absolutely fantastic item, I've bought it for a Christmas present for my 3 year old granddaughter who is obsessed with our mobile phones. Tried it on arrival and does everything a mobile phone does without the worry of making calls or being connected to the Internet. It is easy to use with its touch screen. I know this is going to be one of her favourite presents.

Second faulty phone in the space of a few months
This blue screen came up on the last phone we purchased and we sent it back for a refund, we then purchased another phone and received it a few days ago, it worked fine for a couple of days but today this blue screen came back up. It’s ridiculous that I can’t contact the seller to see if there is something I can do to sort it as the only option Amazon give is to send it back for a refund which is lengthy process. If the seller sees this could they please respond.

SD card not recognised after 2 months
Got the blue screen stating that the SD card isn’t recognised anymore and it needs to be restarted. Followed restart instructions (multiple times) with no success. Funny thing is there is NO SD CARD SLOT! At least not one you’d be able to access, so looks like this “sd card” doesn’t actually exist, unless it’s glued under the plastic case… shame as it seemed ok, but too expensive for a life expectancy of 2 months or under… Wouldn’t recommend!
