Worst Experience about Play Station 5 - Faulty!
We received a faulty PS5 unit. From the beginning, it started heating up excessively and the fan made loud, distracting noises whenever it was placed vertically. Even worse, it kept restarting on its own during gameplay, making it almost unusable. Clearly, something was wrong with the hardware. We expected better quality control for such a high-end product. Had to return it—disappointing experience. Not at all recommended from this seller.

Plug doesn't fit, Controller has stick drift
The plug that came with it didn't fit, it's US plug not compatible with UAE. You will need travel plug adapter to use it or get a different power cable.The console is great but the controller got stick drift within a few days. The newer controller models (silver color) seem to be less prone to stick drift.I noticed the slim console has faster download speed for me than the old regular PS5 model.

One Technical Issue.
Constantly having CE-105869-9 error all the time and HDMI is weakening. Don't know what's the issue.

Box was openned
Package arrived openned, the ps5 seems to have not been used before, and it is working fine but the box was definitely openned before, zero out of 5 this seller is not a good seller never buying from you again
