I have always bought the flour and so I can vouch for the superb quality and flavour.What I haven’t done before, is buy this flour online and that in itself has been an experience.When I purchased this flour, I did find quite the hiccup with the order, but life happened and too much time lapsed to report it to the Seller.Then, to my surprise the Seller contacted me and asked if everything was alright...I explained that it hadn’t been a good experience.I was promptly apologised to and asked if I wanted a replacement or a full refund - much to my surprise, I might add.I asked for a replacement and low and behold it arrived within days.I couldn’t have been more pleased with the product and the customer service.Quite simply put, I highly recommend this company and feel assured you will have a positive experience.
