Registered a complaint to Amazon, as I bought it from there. But no response. I called the Argro Customer care.A lady spoke so politely and lodged a complaint. I received msgs in my WhatsApp and a technician helped me, guided me step by step n finally I received my new product.Felt so happy n my sincere thanks to the whole team of Argro for their dedication and reachout to all Customers.My advice to all is that Argro group is genuine and can trust them n go for any products u wish to buy without a second thought.I shall buy more products only from Argro especially Airfrier.

Gentle mopping on vacuumed floors. Adjust detergent to water volume for a streak free finish. Performs well for normal, day to day spills and general upkeep. Some determined staying atop stubborn stains releases them too. Won’t reach corners since it is a round peg in a square hole. Light weight and easy to manoeuvre under furniture.I haven’t really tested the run time but runs for over an hour. No battery level indicator. Simple construction to set to charge and change & clean the mopping pads - so learning curve is minimal. I’m using a garden pump sprayer instead of the inbuilt sprayer since most reviews mentioned the sprayer nozzle not working properly. Will have to test the durability for the appliance and the mop pads as well. Ordered a few more sets of mop pads to change and use for bathroom, kitchen and wooden floors. Cleaning action is good. Quality of cleaning may depend on your choice of floor cleaner and the concentration in the water.I thought it was a tad loud.

I am writing thins review after using the product for 20days .Order the product on 30th Nov,24 and received the product on 1st Dec,24. There was missing dry pads in the box, I reached out over email to support team. They had acknowledged and sent me the missing item within few days. Really good customer support team.Regarding product, it is really good and efficient, good build quality. Sometimes it will leave dust mark in the floor so always do dusting/vacuum of the floor before using this product with wet pads and remember to spin one more time with dry pad. This will leave you happy cleaning.Battery life is ~50 minutes which is good enough for my 1300 sqt flat. Charging time is 4-6hrs.Overall it is nice product. It saves lot of time and cut off dependencies for moping your own house.

Product is great but service is non-existent. The welcro became ineffective so the microfiber mop won't stick. The sprayer went kaput in 3 months. Complaints to the company stays unattended even after weeks. Bought in Feb, now a piece of junk lying in the home!

Good, and effortless moping , battery charge is sufficient for 1000 to 1200 sq ft, charging takes more time, water tank capacity is very poor.Overall good product

The media could not be loaded. Good Product. Must have for every home. It has automatic rotating mops which helps to clean the floor thoroughly.

Review after 3-4 uses - Good product. Runs an entire carpet area of 1,500 sft plus and more with single charge. There is still manual labour involved, of course but, it's way lesser compared to traditional mopping. The best part is elimination of the entire hassle of a water bucket, dipping, squeezing, cleaning the bucket and mop, renewing water in the bucket once it's dirty, etc. - just the two mop pads to be cleaned and all set for next use. We took the spray game a notch higher by using a spray bottle filled with floor cleaner liquid. For small areal mopping the spray function works just fine.
