Me and my husband are very poor spenders, we always have been. It might be because we're so young, or because we are knew parents. Who knows. We just suck at spending. We have found that with this Expense tracker we are able to manage our money a lot better. Something about having the amount of money you spend laid out in front of you just helps you make better choices. I will be buying about 3 more just in case they discontinue this product. My only complaint is that they don't sell refill pages for it. They do have printable pages that you can download off the mead website, but none are exactly like the ones they include which is a big bummer. Definitely write in pencil! I made the mistake of starting out my budget in pen, and when I needed to go back in fix it I had to use a lot of white out (if you are OCD like me you will understand why that is such a bummer). This is a must have for first time couples trying to manage their money, or if you are a new homeowner/renter. Definitely helps you keep track of you spending!

I've been using this organizer for the last three years. I buy a new one every year because it was exactly what I needed to track my small business expenses. I'm a blogger so I had checks coming in and little expenses here and there. I love that you can open the rings to add more. I added a calendar to keep track of important dates and jot down notes. The cover is a strong plastic that can take on anything. There are two side elastic a to keep it closed tight. Which you'll need with check stubs and receipts in the folders. Each month as two pockets. One for bills one for receipts. A place to track to dos and the expenses. The side is closed with a cloth plastic fabric. I can clip a pen to it and leave it in the tracker. Love this whole line and the prints are modern and trendy.

This is my 5th year to purchase this product. The organizer has an extremely sturdy cover and the internal pages are durable. This durability decreases due to usage towards the end of the year. With that being said, even though some pages began to rip from from the ring holder, all pages and pockets remained in the organizer. This says a lot about this product. I track *all* expenses, so we can itemize taxes and look for trends in spending and savings. I appreciate the plastic pockets in the front and back of the organizer. I use these pockets to hold important documents, like warranties and W4s.

I honestly love this expense tracker! I have purchased one every year for the last several years. It has kept me on track with all of my bills, expense/budget, spending and by keeping me organized and on time with payments, has no doubt played a role in my credit score consistently going up! I do have two comments: 1) the description starts with “Being a Mom is a full time job”. That’s great. But this is not a “Mom” tool it’s a financial health tool. I’m not a mom, but I do have a full time job, a home, budget, expenses etc. I would strongly recommend updating the product description. 2) Please make in additional colors. These have been the same only two colors for years and it’s a shame. I would love to pick up one for my brother, and I have several friends that would really benefit from this, but they would not be fans of only a pink or purple option. Other than that, I definitely recommend this product. Thank you

This is my second time ordering this binder. My old one is 4 years old and full to the brim, so I decided to order a new one for next year, to start fresh. I love these binders. They are great For keeping track of all expenses. Plus there’s pockets for each month which is an added bonus. I was able to stretch my old one out to last 4 years. So hopefully I can get a few years out of this one. The only thing I don’t like is you can not get refills for these and have to order a new one. There was a link on here to go to for the inserts, but it doesn’t work. But if I can get a few years out of each binder then it doesn’t really matter.

Love this, my last one fell apart after a while since it was all made of cardboard. Very durable, has room to spare if you want to add additions to it while still allowing for easy access. Ring hinges are durable as well and easy to use. Inserts that came with mine were a bonus and very appreciated. If you shred bills after logging something like Quicken, use internet to pay your bills and no longer have a need for checks this is still a good product to have to store financial docs and keep receipts and other items in order and in one place. Budget pages come in handy especially to plan or prep for changes. Credit card logs were great to set goals for payoffs.

My husband and I are awful when it comes to our finances, I found this on Amazon and after reading through the reviews we decided to purchase it; I mean what’s the worse that could happen? Our finances are in order? 😂 I love it! We’re easily able to organize our bills, place them on the calendar in order of when they’re due, check off when we’ve paid our bills and write down the date and confirmation number the day they’re paid...I could go on and on. For a couple of finance dummies this has been a huge life saver but,even if you aren’t lacking in your finances I’d still go ahead and purchase it, it’s a nice way to keep everything organized and in one place.

I love the purple floral cover and all of the extra room for notes and doodles. Though I wish the binder itself was smaller, but that is just my preference. And I wish that the budget pages were blank instead of having "mortgage, insurance, etc" because I'll be writing over most of them. And the expense page is pretty much the same as the budget page which is confusing. Also, it's overpriced. You could easily put together something like this at home for less than $10 (which is what I was going to do but I'm obsessed with the purple cover). The full year calendar page is only 2015-2017. And because this binder is so big you'd think they'd put more pages in it, but it only has 12 months. So when I run out, I'll just put in my own pages instead of buying another. So in conclusion, it's a nice product, but it could be a lot better. Would not purchase again.
