Absolutely LOVE this keyboard!
I bought this keyboard 5 years ago and I still use it all day, every day. I work in technology and have this keyboard connected to a Windows 10 laptop, MacBook Pro, iPad, and a PS4! It's easy to switch between them with the 4 Bluetooth keys. This is the backlit version in 'Winter Snow'. My backlight still works great, although my connector for charging is starting to get loose. The keys are short travel and are very quiet. What I really love is that the keyboard is actually aluminum, so it's very sturdy and not cheap feeling like most keyboards.I have been very disappointed to find that this keyboard has not been available for quite some time, as I broke off one of my arrow keys and would like to buy a new one. I'll bet the manufacturer is having trouble getting the batteries for the backlight, since there is a global shortage for those metals. I did go to Matias's website and found that they have refurbished models available for around $85, so I ordered one there!

Very poor quality control.
I don't really write reviews and I hate to write a negative review. Unfortunately I have ordered this keyboard twice now. First one arrived warped and almost melted looking on the left side edge. It was able to charge. Couldn't live with the deformity and the keys did not feel well made at all. They had a scratchy loose feel. Not smooth at all. Assumed that perhaps whatever had caused the damage to the left may have also done something to the keys. So I initiated and return and ordered a replacement.Second keyboard arrived today. Opened box. So far so good....didn't appear damaged. Until I turned it over to plug in the charge cable. Bottom half of keyboard in the back was completely separating from the top half. Appeared to be held together by some very cheap glue. Could not press it back together to get it to stay. Figured I'd try to charge it anyway. Keyboard would not charge at all...no indicator light either....just dead. The caps lock key was supposed to light to let me know it was charging. Noticed again that the keys felt cheap and were not smooth travel when pressed. Probably the worse feeling keyboard I have ever felt other than the Brydge iPad keyboard. Going to return and grab a Logitech. I had high hopes because this looked really nice and I checked reviews from publications and everyone seemed to really like it. Quality control appears to be abysmal however.

Decent, but a little overpriced
I like the keyboard and it works well. But I feel as though they could have made the keys better. They feel a little flimsy considering the price that you are paying. Other than that, I wish there was some way they could program it so that the light stays on without having to plug it in. I am nitpicking, but when you are paying this amount of money I think you should get your money's worth. I give this a 8.5/10Update 9/7/2020:I would recommend buying something else. You pay a lot of money for this product and I do not think it is worth it. It feels very flimsy and the keys feels as though they are about to pop off. I highly recommend buying a different product because this one is not worth it. If any developer is reading this, just improve you keys and you will have a perfect product.

Should Have Heeded The Previous Reviews! JUNK!!
I should have heeded the reviews here before ordering this Matias "aluminum" Keyboard, not the trade industry rags.Right out of the box I knew this was a mistake. First, there isn't even a wiff of aluminum on this keyboard. It is 100% plastic through and through. Second (as discussed in other reviews for this and the black version of this product) the quality control is, apparently, non-existent. There is a ⅛" gap along the edge where the power button is located. There appears to be tabs that presumably snap into place and hold the outer pieces together, but for the life of me I could not get them to engage.I will be returning this and crossing Matias off the list.

Love it so far. Hopefully figured it out.
Use this product for business. Love the smooth typing feel but the back light is really dim when not plugged into charging source. Repeatedly attempted to increase the brightness of the back light by following directions of Pressing the backlight key and the + key without success unless it is plugged into the charging source but still does not work. Does work to use the 1-100 while holding the backlight key.

they feel like what I would expect from a cheap laptop
Even after two weeks using this keyboard, some key strokes are just not registered by the keyboard. The keys are mushy; they feel like what I would expect from a cheap laptop. The backlighting is uneven, which bothers me although other might not care. Also, the backlight doesn't seem to turn on until I touch the keys to start typing.

Junk!!! DO NOT BUY
It was great for a couple months. Lights are nice. It feels like its well built. But Yesterday , the "P" and "E" keys stopped working. The space bar only works when it wants so i was forced to runout in the middle of the night and get a new keyboard that also is terrible. Stick with the name brand stuff for your electronics. These are terrible.
