Lightweight. Not too big. Durable enough to survive living in my kid’s backpack. Writing shows on screen pretty clearly.

It was a stocking stuffer for one of three grands but they ALL used it. I think the thing I'd change is to leave off the flag. It is too tempting to use it as a pen which would ruin the tablet. Otherwise it was great. I have NO IDEA about durability.

Great for grandkids to use while riding in the car. Fits perfect back pockets of seats

This writing/ drawing board is fun for kids who want to sketch or work on writing ABC’s and numbers. We attached the pen for my 6-year old grandson, in hopes it won’t get lost. It’s not as bright as I would like, it’s definitely on the dim side. But he likes it and uses it.

So, this toy shocked me a bit. This was a stocking stuffer type of gift for my seven year old. I expected her to play with for five minutes and move onto the next toy. The board is to operate. You draw with the enclosed pen on the black surface board and press the button to erase. It took me some time to find the battery pack and remove the sticker. The directions were not good about that. After that, everything was easy. The battery sticker removal is located on the back at the top.Two months after the holidays and my daughter uses this more than her dolls. We spent money on expensive toys and this is the one that she loves. She draws flowers on the board. She plays Tic-Tac-Toe with her brother. She makes lists on the board. This is the surprise of the year. I'm still shocked. She would rather play with this simple toy than the others.This is a simple toy that works in our house. It is easy to use and apparently more entertaining than more expensive options.

love playing with our grandkids and they love active plays like hide and seek, indoor bowling; indoor cornhole or just simply (ball) catch. but i noticed they tend to look for other things to play with or do after 20-30 mins. and it’s my job as the grandpa, to provide them with another. sometimes, i can’t keep up! hahaha! enter the doodle board! a great time for rest and still keep their minds occupied with creative stimulation. l set them up with doodle boards and it buys me another 30 mins of somewhat peach and quiet. a toss some fruits and veggies like carrots for the kiddos to snack own and we are all good. with this, each one scribbles whatever they desire! best part is they are erasable! no mess to deal with! grandkids’ approved!

This is a good doodle board. The impressions go on clearly, with a colored top-to-bottom gradient.The stylus attaches to the right side, while being anchored to the bottom left. The tether is plenty long, but stretches. There's also a pencil grip that looks like either a Babel fish or a dolphin.There's a lock switch to prevent the screen from being accidentally erased. A screw driver is also included for accessing the battery compartment.A removable plastic flag can be mounted on the left side of the board. 7 national flag stickers are included for putting on the plastic flag: United States, England, Germany, Italy, France, Canada, and Spain. Unfortunately there's only one sticker per flag, so you can't put the same nationality on both sides of the plastic flag. Also, since the plastic flag mounts backward-facing, you are faced with a dilemma if you want to use the flag of the United States or Spain: You can either place the sticker on the forward-facing side of the plastic flag and not see the national flag when the plastic flag is mounted on the board, or you can place it on the backward-facing side so that you can see the national flag when the plastic flag is mounted, but then it looks bad because then the flag looks like it got mounted backwards on the pole. (You can see on the product page that they went with the backward-facing placement, which looks bad.)

I just bought two of these at Christmas. The kids have had a fun time playing with them until the button has stopped working. I’ve changed the battery and still nothing. It will still write but they can’t erase the words anymore. 😕

I purchased this for my niece and she absolutely loved it. It’s light, easy to take anywhere! The button to push to erase the board is easy for anyone to use. They loved it so much I had to send her mother the link to order another one because her brother wanted one too!

Bought as a Christmas gift so only tried it to make sure it worked and didn’t need batteries. Seemed to work fine!
