FitBeast Back Roller - Deep Tissue Massage Wheel, Yoga Wheel & Back Stretcher for Pain Relief

State of the art device of this type. I ordered this to replace a 5 year old 10" Chirp wheel that BROKE (snapped clean along its base seam). This device has a base 2x as thick and also has a foam outer cover that is 2x the thickness of my old wheel, and is a couple inches wider. This makes it more stable. To my surprise the package also included a hair clip, cleaning cloth, and a comprehensive manual outlining possible causes of back problems, and how this device can be useful in helping to alleviate these. All in all a great customer service addition that I was not expecting.

This was the second wheel we purchased to help keep our backs healthy. First was the biggest, and we're happy to have the set to use regularly. We're fit and active, but old, so my husband and I have to work regularly to keep our spines and their surrounding muscles happy.

My go to gadget for reliving back pain. Wish it was just a little bit softer but it’s still not too bad as far as comfort especially with the grooved relief for your spine. Love hearing my back crack up and down my spine relieving my back pain.

WOW. I've used this product for a few days, and from initial impressions on the unboxing to using the actual product to build quality to comfort and pain relief at this price point, all I can say is: SOLID.Starting off with unboxing. The wheel comes with it's own carrying case and shoulder strap with zippers on each side and a QR code on the back to scan with your camera and immediately view some simple quick tutorial videos on how to use the wheel for all different areas of your body for pain relief. Love it. These wheels can get huge and also super annoying when you have two or three stacked in one shot and you have no easy way to carry it along with accessories. This solves that problem instantly.When you open the box, there is a very extensive user guide that goes through everything about the wheel, understanding the anatomy of the back, how to use the roller, other uses, differences versus a roller vs foam roller. It's a wealth of knowledge that honestly I think every company making these kinds of wheels should include as you should really know the structure of your back and what is connected to what and how.The wheel itself. This thing...is built like a TANK. It feels indestructible. I'm pretty sure you could drop this from a 10 story building and absolutely nothing would happen. The core tube is just a built rock solid. The foam on top feels like a top-tier rubber foam that is also very damp and contouring to the touch that is the opposite of anything thin or flimsy: it's a good solid layer that also feels extremely well built. The design is beautiful too, love the deep spinal canal that allows you to really get the sides of your back muscles comfortably without pressure directly on your spine or your spine getting in the way of going deeper. The size is a great size too that I think will be great for even larger or taller people, and if they create two different medium and smaller sizes for more tight areas and deeper pressure I think that would be absolutely brilliant. Based on their previous wheel with the bumps on the foam, looks like that might be in the works.At this price point too, for $39, I think this has to be the most complete package and most solid built wheel I've seen in the market so far. It's worth getting and is a fraction of what a chiropractor would cost with as much time to decompress your spine (not just crack it like chiros do) and address one of the real problems for back pain: spinal compression.Great job @FitBeast on making a solid product! Looking forward to trying out the different sizes to accompany this as a kit when that's in the works!

I did not like this roller very much. I went back to using a foam roller that I already had. This one is very hard and caused discomfort.

This works so much better than similar brands I've tried. Much more comfortable, easier for travel as it includes it's own carry case, plus so many bonus extras that add a special touch like a cleaning rag, hair clip & many instruction booklets to help you on your stretch journey. I can't go without one of these on any of my trips so this was wonderful to have with me and travel easily with carry case & handle built into it. I have the foam roller, and various sized back rollers. This is my absolute favorite and I get the most release with this one. I use it several times a day and it reduces the number of times I need to see my NUCCA chiropractor & massage therapist.
