Pills are a bit too big to swallow
The pill sizes are a bit too big i have to put them directly in the middle of my tongue and have the right amount of water so I could swallow it without having it get caught in my throat, yet sometimes it still does. For the hair loss, it does help I've noticed less hair loss but I feel like it also depends on how I take care of my hair too basically my daily hair routine, so it's safe to assume it helps but there are multiple factors playing a key role in less hair loss.
