Fantastic for the price. If you're on the fence, DON'T BE!
Design and Feel:These feel precise, given they are 3D-printed resin shells with transparent, matte aluminum faceplates A very modern and sleek aesthetic. Despite their angular design, they are extremely comfortable and stability for prolonged wear is great, complemented by excellent passive noise isolation. The included lightweight cable enhances usability and matches the overall design and there are plenty of included tip sizes in silicone and foam so you're sure to find a good fit.Sound:The Hexa presents a neutral-leaning sound signature with a subtle warmth, ideal for extended listening sessions. While satisfactory without amplification, they truly shine when powered by a quality source. The bass, particularly in the sub-bass range, delivers impact and depth, though mid-bass may lack some presence. The midrange is clear and transparent, with excellent instrument separation and layering. Vocals are clear, though not overly emphasized. The treble extends well and offers ample detail without causing fatigue but doesn't have a ton of shine or sparkle.Bass:With an emphasis on sub-bass, these provide satisfying depth and rumble. However, the mid-bass lacks the same impact, particularly noticeable in tracks with bass-heavy elements. It's still there, just not as present. Despite this, the bass response is overall satisfying, with good texture and speed.Mids:The midrange of the Hexa is neutral with a slight darkness due to a dip in the lower treble. Instruments are portrayed with forwardness and precision, offering good layering and separation. Both male and female vocals are well-represented, with clarity and depth but not intimately portrayed. The midrange remains clean and transparent, without any unwanted coloration or bleed.Treble:The treble here is detailed and airy, offering an open presentation without harshness or sibilance. While not overly emphasized, it extends well and provides ample detail, contributing to an engaging listening experience. The treble tuning is safe, ensuring comfortable listening over extended periods.Soundstage:The soundstage of the Truthear Hexa is well-rounded but leans towards intimacy rather than expansiveness. Despite this, imaging remains precise, allowing for accurate placement of instruments within the soundstage. While not the widest, the soundstage offers sufficient depth and separation for an immersive listening experience. Conclusion:In conclusion, the Truthear Hexa IEMs combine impressive design with commendable sonic performance. Their sleek and comfortable construction, coupled with excellent passive noise isolation, makes them a great choice for everyday use. Sonically, they strike a balance between warmth and neutrality, offering impactful sub-bass, transparent mids, and detailed treble. While they may lack some mid-bass punch and have a slightly narrow soundstage, their technical performance and overall transparency make them a compelling option in their price range. For those seeking a reliable and enjoyable pair of IEMs under $100, the Truthear Hexa is without a doubt a top-tier contender.

Love these IEMs
TLDR: I really enjoy these earbuds for the solid bass and clear vocals. They definitely outperform other good but cheaper IEMs like the Moondrop Chu 2.I now own 3 IEMs, KZ ZSN Pro X (not worth it compared to Chu 2), Moondrop Chu 2, and the Truthear Hexa. They were purchased in the order listed. The Hexa is by far the best of the IEMs listed in my opinion. They are the most expensive by a solid margin given the other two are 20ish dollars and these are 80 dollars, so I suppose this is to be expected. With that said, I feel that they are actually WORTH that extra price. I will say if you like the traditional “V shape”, you may prefer the moondrop sound as they are definitely more bass heavy. The Hexa is doesn’t lack bass but it is less present than the Chu 2, I prefer the Hexa sound profile (especially with the smaller bore eartips included). The Hexa is super comfortable, lightweight, and comes with good eartips that provide a great fit. I think these are very versatile and are suitable for a variety of genres of music. The vocal clarity is probably my favorite aspect of these IEMs, although I will say some tracks can be slightly pitchy/sibilant.

I'm older so there a little sibilant for me
But overall these are really pretty good!

Very good IEM. Worth every penny.
I've tried some of the cheaper chi-fi options, and like these best. I have only had them for a couple weeks. My only complaint is the cords are incredibly easy to tangle into knots. I know price is always a sensitive subject., but I would have paid more for a set with a better cable option. Ear fitment is comfortable for me. I have to run the smallest tips and they are good for hours of listening. It's going to be tough to justify spending hundreds more. For incremental improvement. Excellent choice if your are wanting to try some IEM's. I think most people will be pleased with how these sound.

Amazing sound at affordable price.
I udes these with my Shanling M0 Pro for listening to FLAC files and they sound better than my $300 Sennheiser IEMS. Also works great for gaming, plugged into my PS5 controller for late night gaming (single player, there's no mic) and on my Lenovo Legion Go while travelling.

Stopped working
I only used these 2 times and the cable is causing issues. The aux plug that goes to my In ear transmitter has to be pressed in really hard to get any sound and as soon as I let go there is nothing. I switched to my bassist CZAs and they are working great out of the transmitter. I can’t find just a replacement cable for the Truthear IEMs anywhere. Shouldn’t really have to worry about it when I’ve had them less than 2 months and have used them twice. Gonna switch to CZAs

Best IEM under $100
Build quality and sound are great. Fit is personal - for me, it fits great with the medium tips. It comes with larger and smaller ones too. The frequency response is excellent and very balanced. People who like heavy emphasis on bass may feel disappointed, though (not my case). Overall, an excellent IEM that needs no eq to sound awesome.

Closest to reference in its class
I've had mind for over a week, and I work daily in a studio with good full-range monitoring, 2 sets of good planar magnetic headphones, all costing 10 to 40 times the price of these, and I am not joking, the insights gained on these tend to consistently translate to the rest of my monitoring setup.I don't know how they did this but it feels like putting a set of one of the most classic studio monitoring headphones ever built on your head (the "6xx"), except there's nothing on your head.I only use the foam tips, and I EQ them a very slight bit, 0.5 to 1db up or down with three easy bells, and they make enough sense to monitor during recording and make production decisions on all levels of work.Fantastic. Nozzle is a bit big, but that's the only downside.
