This vitamin is so helpful, my energy is so much higher and the sleep that I’ve had is even better than it has been in years. I’m able get a lot more done in my day to day routine. I recommend this vitamin supplement for sure!!

I have more energy after a week of taking it and can’t imagine why it took me so long to write this but I’ve bought it for months now and it has greatly improved my mood in life and my mental health it is tasting a bit chalky if you try to take without drink but so is all meds I can’t quite place the smell but who is buying pills for smells right? The value is great as one bottle will last you a full 30 day month and it has great quality do to it seeming to work within weeks.
