I didn't even want to give this 1 star. I bought this for my wife. She is recovering from a wrist surgery due to a multiple car accident last year. She drops things a lot now and saw this and bought it. She took it to work and dropped something on the floor and it broke before she could pick up the object on the floor. Can't send it back, because she was very excited to get it, and she threw the packaging away. Very disappointing for my wife.

I like three functions, but three pieces detached is bad.

I love this product. Anyone who owns a hammer or screwdriver needs to add this to their home tool kit. Use it when something is stuck in the drain, food caught between your car seat, picking up dead bugs....it's so handy and well worth the money. It is by far the strongest claw on the market and worth every penny. David S. Florida
