It helps with relaxing and getting better sleep. As far as the cortisol part, I'm not sure if there is any affect on that.

I feel like these work and are worth the money. Have been taking them for 2 months and I'm in a much better mood before and during my period. My energy levels are pretty much the same. I don't fall asleep fast but I sleep better.

I personally do not feel that these work as well as some of the others.

Ive been taking this a while now and have noticed a increase in my sleep sleep.it has also helped with weight, loss energy level ,my overall just being calm and it has definitely leveled my cortisol levels. I feel more happy and relaxed and it does not take long for me to go to sleep. I don't have racing thoughts. I really love this stuff. I'm gonna continue taking it. I'm about to buy another bottle now. 10/10 recomend

So I'm into health and have been since high school ..I must say there's a ton of scams out there! But this one, is truly life changing.My sleep quality is awesome, my stomach flatter and overall feel more relaxed on busy days. I must warn though, after taking it, you get sleepy and are out within 15 min! Enjoy!!
