This is the second Dell Latitude 7420 I’ve purchased, and I’ve recommended it to several friends as well. It’s lightweight, durable, and has a sleek, professional design that works great for both everyday use and travel. The performance is consistently reliable—fast startup, smooth multitasking, and no lag even with multiple applications running.The 14" screen is bright and sharp, and the anti-glare finish makes it easy on the eyes during long work sessions. I also appreciate the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader, which make it easy to log in quickly. Battery life is solid, and it charges fast through USB-C. The laptop also has a great mix of ports—Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI, and a microSD slot—so I’m never short on connectivity options.Easy to set up, very well-built, and dependable—I’ll continue to stick with this model and brand for my everyday computing needs.

Good deal for the price
I gave this five stars for the price. I bought it refurbished and it is a very good notebook for under $400. It would be nice if it had at least one more USB 3 connector but it has two C connectors and it is easy to add additional ones with lots of docking stations available for as low as $25 that use C connections. Everything worked. I have had no problems after two weeks of use.

Worked for 4 months and 3 weeks.
I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

Excelente producto renovado. Este producto es genial, viene bien protegido, cuando la inicias es de cero donde agregas todos tus datos personales y la configuras a tu conveniencia. Estéticamente es genial, no trae ningún rayón, limpieza impecable, teclado al 100, ratón al 100, su pantalla táctil está en perfectas condiciones y funciona súper bien, su rendimiento es sorprendente ya que es muy veloz a la hora de hacer una tarea, es muy ligera y tiene un tamaño perfecto viene también con su cargador. Este producto lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, me gusto tanto que compre otra para mi esposa.
