I started using it the day it arrived to me. The quality of this product is substandard. It’s noisy and there’s barely a difference between the 2 seperate modes of speed. After using it once a day in the evening for about a week and a half, it stopped working. It wont charge anymore either.I’m extremely dissatisfied. Iʻd prefer to NOT give any stars for this product. I reckon that I can’t return it either right???

My second one,not because the first one doesn't work, it's because I keep one in the big rig.

This is the second one I have purchased in less than six months. It worked for a few weeks and then would not recharge. I have called Amazon three times about this item and they keep telling me that manufacture has to send me an email to resolve the situation this company is no longer in service. I have explained that to the Amazon rep and he told me he would have to contact them again. This has been going on since November 2024. I really need someone from Amazon to call me back to help me rectify the situation.

I had entered a negative review based on the machine not working within 3 mo. & when I contacted Amazon, they said it was past warranty. Within a couple of days, I received an email from Microtree asking for my mailing address in order to send me a replacement. I was surprised & almost didn’t trust the email but it was legitimate. Within a couple of days, I was sent a new Microtree brush.Now I am a satisfied customer. Thank you!

Except the Clarisonic heads unfortunately do not fit. That kind of blows since I’ve got at least a solid dozen of them. Still a solid 10 out of 10 I’d rate this. Nothing else will clean your face deeper or better than this! I’ve tried it all. Makeup artist. Buy it!! Well made & easy to charge when needed because a single charge seems to last forever and ever!

The product I replaced was much stronger.

I did not like this product. Once I received this item, I did not open for several weeks. Once I did, I used it maybe 6x times and stopped! I'm returning because it does not work since it will no longer charge!!!!! In addition, It is noisy and don't like the brush quality.Why are you deducting $7.00 from the total to be reimbursed?I viewed my order and did not see a promotion for $7.00. THANKS!
