I have noticed a marked difference in how good my joints and muscles feel. I haven't had to resort to my prescription anti-inflammatory. 👍

I thought this was a great product. I caught a cold from my children and woke up with a horrible sore throat. I took one capsule in the am and one in the pm and my sore throat was gone the next day!
