My new favorite crochet hook. I'd been wanting one of these ever since I saw a YouTuber using one in a tutorial. I admit I wanted it because it's such a pretty pink, but once I started using it I realized how comfortable it is to crochet with. It did take me a bit to get used to the short metal part. By that, I mean if you're used to using a completely metal hook you have a lot of room to work the yarn. So I did have to adapt to the way this is made. Still, it didn't take long to adapt. I have carpal tunnel which sometimes bothers me when I crochet a long time, but I'm finding this hook helps quite a bit (for me, the soft grip truly is ergonomic). I love this!

It's okay, but I keep going back to the Clover Amour hooks. I think the grip is less comfortable than the Clover ones over a long period of time, and I'm one of those hardcore crocheters that sets aside entire weekends for a project. After a few hours, the Clover hooks are more comfortable because they have rounder grips than the flatter Tulips. I think the Tulips are a bit heavier too, which contributes to the comfort factor over time. For short-term projects, Tulips are great. For longer, all-day projects, I prefer the Clover Amour hooks.

Having stresses my hands, right thumb and wrists being too enthusiastic on my return to crocheting, I have tested a few different hooks this week. First there is a slight difference between the pink and black (really charcoal gray) hooks by this company. The pink is pretty but just slightly smoother. I prefer the grip on the charcoal version but it is a very slight difference. I tried the Clover hooks as well and much preferred these hooks. For me, this hook let my hands relax the most. Give one a try see if it works for you!

LOVE THESE!!! I have ordered several - even multiples of the same sizes - because I almost always have more than one project going at a time. I haven't found any other crochet hook that I prefer to these (even the more costly ones!)

The Etimo crochet hooks are, in my humble opinion, the best crochet hooks out there! They glide so smoothly as you work, and they never catch or split the thread or yarn. I highly recommend this brand!!

I bought a whole set! I have severe RA & these are one of few hooks I can use, so as not to lose my crochet ability completely. I love them!

I bought this because a product review on a blogger's site said they were the best hooks she'd ever used. I found it to be uncomfortable to hold and not very effective at crocheting. I crochet with a modified overhand hold, so maybe it would be better suited for a crocheter who uses a different grip. I am finally learning that a product that gets rave reviews from a blogger may actually be much worse than the blogger (who often gets the item for free and gets more items if the review is positive) writes.

Love these hooks...and not just for the pink color! They are great to crochet with, don't snag your yarn, smooth release of crocheted stitch, and a super comfortable handle! And did I mention, they are PINK!

Love this..I was beginning to have pain in my thumbs from crocheting,but this hook is soft to grip and the hook is smooth.This helps the yarn to flow.
