I have been using corflex products since a hiking accident in 1997. They were first recommended by the doctor and they work! Brings me relief and comfort. The doctor explained because of the air there is never one solid place you are leaning against...always moving means less stagnant stess on a wound or strain. I have severe scoliosis and these pillows are a LIFE SAVER. I have several. I keep one at work, one in the car, always use one on the couch, need one in my bedroom, when I have meetings I take this with me, when I'm at my boyfriend's house I use it everywhere: on the patio, living rm, if I go into a room without it he automatically brings it to whatever rm we're hanging out in because he sees how much it helps me - I take it everywhere. I cannot tell you how much this helps me. Can't be without it.

I have been using this item for many years (needing to replace it periodically) in my car, to keep me just far enough away from the headrest to avoid neck problems. Without this, the headrest pushes my head forward and is uncomfortable and causes neck pain. The strap goes over the seat and keeps the pillow behind my back. I love this pillow. It can be inflated to your preference (needs very little air to do the job). The only downside: eventually it gets a micro leak and needs to be replaced.

I have used the back pillow for over 20 years now, this is my third one. Finally had to have back surgery with rods & this pillow works so good with my poor back… I would definitely recommend this for anyone from minor pain to having surgery! It truly helps!!! It was recommended to me 20 plus years ago by a physical therapist, one of the best recommendations I have ever tried!!!!

I ordered 7 of these pillows for some of my employees for their office chairs and everyone LOVES THEM.It eases the strain off the back a little. At first you don't seem to realize it, then if you take the pillow away completely. You will notice immediately, how much better, it is in having the pillow.Very happy with my purchase.

My wife and I have been using these pillows for lumbar support ever since my physical therapist recommended one to me a number of years ago. A pillow travels with us when we travel. Use them on airplanes, cruise ships, tour buses, were ever we have to sit for any extended time. I can sitting for about an hour without the pillow before pain becomes quite severe. When a pillow has failed to hold air with in one year of purchase, they have provided replacements after meeting the requirements for warranty coverage. We always have a new pillow on hand.

It is easy to use. A few deep breaths and it inflates.
