Bought this due to all the 5 star reviews (100%) at the time, and the fact it's much less expensive than the other pillows I had looked at.The Good: Inexpensive, comes dressed in a red bow, and comes with 2 pillow covers. Small size if you're one to bring your pillow with you while travelling.The Bad: Its the size of a travel pillow and has no other size options. Looks ridiculous on a king size bed.The Ugly: The narrow side is too narrow, may as well not have a pillow. The wide side, the roll is too large to fit my neck (I'm only 5"2"). Tried this pillow for about a month now, and it has caused more neck issues than my old completely worn down memory foam pillow. So the money you save buying this pillow, you will spend on chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy sessions to work out the trigger points. Heck, my cat that usually sleeps on my pillow when I'm not in bed won't even sleep on it. Ive since gone back to my old pillow, because if I'm going to have neck pain, it might as well be from a pillow that's actually comfortable.

The item here gives a disclaimer, stating it "takes a few days" for the body to "adjust" to the pillow. This wasn't the case for me. I used the pillow for about a week, and my back pain got worse, to the point where I could not sleep at night with this. It's also much firmer than I expected and does not give as much as I thought it would. I don't feel comfortable while sleeping with this pillow; it's like a rock. The two curves are at a weird height for me; one is too low, and the other too high. It's also ridiculously small and looks strange in a pillow case. This might work for some people, but it's been a fail for me. Will be returning.

I'm a side sleeper and have been having a hard time finding a pillow that will work and that I don't wake up with a stuff neck or my back hurting....this one seems to really help. At first I wasn't sure because the first night I used it didn't see much of a different and it's smaller than a regular pillow and I tend to sleep with one arm under my pillow and that didn't work so well with this one. Then I got another pillow I had that was softer and it tended to go flat and I put it under the memory foam pillow....that seems to work because I can put my arm under the regular pillow and it also gives the memory foam pillow more height, which I felt was needed for me. This pillow is soft but firm and the quilted cover (and extra one you get) is nice too.

For those who want and need a smaller pillow, the overall sizing was pretty good. It'd be better if the overall length and sides were increased, so it wouldn't require as much adjustment when one shifts. Also, if you prefer the narrow side under your neck, the bump presses into the top of your head. Additionally, due to whatever type of foam they use, it slept too hot for comfort. Not quite there, but on the right track.

Purchased this pillow after suffering from neck pain off and on for months. It's really soft and the memory foam is firm and supportive yet soft and comfortable. I used to alsowith two large pillows and would tuck my should in between the two but it wouldn't align my spine right and is wake with kinks in my neck often. This pillow has been great, I feel like my neck is aligned right now and I haven't had pain since I received it.There is a slightly plastic smell the first day or two but then it goes away. That's the only negative I could say. The case it comes with is really soft and it's nice that I can just take it off and wash it.

Finally gave in and searched for a memory foam pillow. After trying a few others, I found this one to be perfect for me. It's not too firm or too soft and perfect size (yes, I like smaller sized pillows). No neck or back pain since I started using it - a few months now. So, go ahead and try it. If you don't like it and/or doesn't work for you, just return it. Remember, everyone is different and having the same product make everyone happy is impossible!

The presentation of this package when it arrived was fantastic. I was so excited with the quality. Still not sure, after using it a while, if it’s the best pillow for me, tho. It seemed pretty firm the first night I slept on it, firm enough that I thought I might wake up with a headache. I didn’t get a headache, but it still didn’t offer me a good night’s sleep. I still use it every night, but it is not my favorite.
