Product arrived quick. I've used the step up transformer for about 3 hours and it definitely works as advertised. Good simple instructions come with the unit. I don't have a way to test it for how many watts it puts out at this time. Would definitely recommend to this point.

Needed a step-up/down converter for a ps5 I bought in the UK (back in US now) this one was highly rated and it works like a charm. Great value, definitely be sure to give yourself wiggle room with wattage, went with 1000w but will never even come close to half that, I heard it helps with longevity though.

Bought it for my appliance from China, Worked like a charm. Very well designed and made, plug feels solid, no odd smell or noise. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with this product ..one of the fuses popped which I needed to replace but the whole housing broke while trying to unscrew the top section .Now I am unable to remove the popped fuse which then makes using this a problem . This should be covered under the warrenty period of 3 years I would like the seller to contact me as there is no indication as to contacting this seller unless I am missing something @Amazon can you assist

Works good and came with extra fuses(for both 120 & 240) and a 240 adapter plug. Had lots of issues with shipping however. Had to order twice before I got one that wasn’t damaged in shipping because of the coil weight. Even that was slightly bent but I needed it more than I wanted to return it again and it was working. The unit works great however!
