So easy and works great!
This incubator is seriously the easiest thing to use. The directions are tiny to read, but I still got through it. I like how it comes with a little calander book for different types of animals. I used it for baby chicks. I have the 12 ct and the 22 ct egg incubator. It's easy to set the temp and humidity. It's so hot here in hawaii, that I pretty much didn't use the humidity piece that looks like a flower. The egg turner works great. The calendar shows when to candle the egg and the lock down time. I set it and left it and it kept it temp at the right spot. I've hatched a lot of batches of baby chicks from this incubator. I recommend it to people I know who want to get into incubating their eggs. It's easy to clean. The size was perfect once I switched to the 22 ct. It's also a nice shape and I'm glad it's clear so it's easy to watch what happens.

Good
The temperature and humidity control of this incubator stays steady, so it's easy to keep an eye on the eggs from anywhere. Plus, it includes an egg candler. At 23 days, six chicks hatched, and five of them made it through just fine. Overall, it's a dependable incubator that gets the job done right. If you want something simple and effective, this one's worth checking out.

Good Incubator
Incubating eggs can be quite challenging, but this machine makes the process incredibly convenient and enjoyable. After trying and returning another model that couldn't maintain accurate temperature and humidity during pre-testing, I found this one to be reliable after 24 hours of testing, so I decided to use it. During subsequent runs, humidity and temperature management became easier, especially during the third run when ideal humidity levels were maintained daily without the need for additional humidifiers. Absolutely awesome to use. Easy set up and to maintain. Great hatch rate every time!

Yes
Good hatch rates, precise temperature and humidity, good egg candler, right on the unit, only issue is my turkey eggs wont fit in this egg incubator.

Poorly constructed and inconsistent temperture/humidity
First of all, the hole where the USB cord is supposed to snake out from the base was too small - so I had to carve it out. The product came with extremely poor instructions, almost useless - none of 'F' settings made any sense and didn't make any difference. I installed Govee thermometer/hygrometer for more accurate reading and found the machine's readings were completely off. I'm constantly playing with the temperature gauze to keep the heat on. Forget humidifier - I'm having to spray the inside manually. Since I bought the incubator few weeks before I bought the hatching eggs, I missed a chance to return the product. I'm at the lockdown stage now and very doubtful if any chicks will hatch. It's been a constant struggle. I regret believing some of the positive reviews on this site and not getting a better brand.

Poor user manual
Seems well built for the price. Not complicated or tricky. I feel for price it's a good value. Now for the bad. It's not about the incubator but the instructions and support instead. This is due to the poor user manual /instructions and an inactive EveryGrow website. Once I had everything together, I began a test run and all functions worked as directed and simple enough. Now this is the only issue I had, and probably similar products in that price range has, is that I could not figure out why the humidity level stayed at 73-75% range! I thought the sensor was bad or the controller is not accurate and inferior. Turns out I was wrong. I left for a weekend trip leaving just 3 eggs to test and it stayed at 75% the whole time I was gone. I know the range for the 1st 18 days needs to be 55% - 60% avg so when I returned from my trip I resumed again to try to figure out. No where does the manual included mentions this but in order to regulate proper humidity level "Do NOT leave water bottle in the holder"!!!! You will need to quickly remove eggs, remove trays, dump all water out, dry very well, put it all to together quickly(minutes) and watch humidity rise and it will go to high levels again because the installed sponge is saturated. Just let it run a couple hrs. and it begin to drop down to your settings, or before putting together, swap out little sponge with dry new one and it will adjust much quicker. The key is NOT to leave bottle installed. So, as it drops it may drop lower than your setting, now this is when you incrementally add water. Do so deliberately and patiently. Take bottle to add water and as soon as it blows a couple bubbles in the bottle remove. DO NOT ADD ANYMORE. Just wait and watch humidity begin to rise. It should reach your determined range, about 55% for about 15 days. Raise to 75% for 3 days, bring back down to 55% last three days. At this point if eggs are healthy, formed, hatching should occur. I am currently in day 5 so it remains to be seen on day 21. I candled those 3 eggs, 2 of 3 appeared to show development. The 3rd egg did not. Still could happen. I almost returned it to Amazon but since I figured it out, for the money I will keep it. It's a pretty nice incubator. I will post an update on day 21 or 22 if all goes well or not. Not a bad buy by no means. Instructions are not clear or detailed like we do in the USA.Update: 2 days later I decided to see what would happen if I installed water bottle and it worked. Apparently, there must have been air in the water passage to the tray that kept feeding water. It has now stopped, and it regulates as it should. Incubator works great. All embryos are intact, alive, and continuing through development. 13 days to go until hatch day!Last Update: all 3 eggs hatched! The incubation process was so simple (other than the humidity issue at first) That now I can say the incubator is a 5 star. I knocked down my rating to a 4 because of the manual and their website. But the machine is well worth it. I almost bought the KEBONNIXS, but you have to add water frequently. (small reservoir) The EveryGrow water bottle holds for entire incubation period.Update: I saw where others had problems and were discouraged. Either they happened to get a bad production model or they have no idea what they are doing. It is a very good incubator for the price. I could have easily paid twice as much for an incubator with a brand name but glad I didn't. It does the job. Usually it would a be a beginner that doesn't have the experience to figure any small issues out. For those who that are like that just buy your chicks.

100% hatch rate
I really like this incubator. It was my first time trying to hatch eggs, and the results were awesome. It's a great little incubator; all you have to do is keep the reservoir bottle full of water, and it takes care of the rest. The instructions were really helpful and easy to follow. All nine of my eggs hatched beautifully.

Seems nice, plastic smell does not go away, turning broke in a week
I liked the incubator very much until it broke in a week. Suddenly, it started making a beeping nose and rebooting when it was time to turn the eggs. The same thing happens with manual turning. I'm requesting a replacement now.
