This headphone jack adapter works perfectly with my device. The sound quality is clear with no distortion, and there’s no loss in volume. It connects easily and works right away without any issues. They arrived quickly in more than adequate packaging. Negative reviews for this item highlighted their bad sound quality. I find their sound quality as good as I have ever encountered, including the Apple-branded dongle. Also, I found no problem connecting, with a positive snap into the phone and satisfying snap for the earbuds's connector into the adapter, with no difficulty removing them. Both of the two adapters I ordered work perfectly. I'll know more about long-term reliability after a few months. Having two of them, I expect that I will not need to replace them for at least a year.

This is working well for me as an adapter to get audio signals in and out of my iPad from a HAM radio for APRS. It works as advertised for me.

Occasionally loose signal (can't promise it is not the headphones or laptop) - have to unplug and replug less than 1x a week. $8(ish) a good value for 2. If it bothered me - I would have bought one for $20

These are not the cheapest of the cheapest but they’re definitely not the most expensive. As the title says, you get what you pay for. These are not high quality. Theyre not rugid, not strong. They feel cheap. And the sound quality is not as good as your oem ( original equipment manufacturer ) parts. I bought these for my iphone. I didn’t need an expensive adapter, if im buying an expensive adapter it will be a portable dsp adapter for hifi sound. I give it 5 stars on working. I give it 3.5 stars on quality. 4 stars on size. Its not small but its not large. Its larger than oem but smaller than most cheaper items. I would recommend this item if you go through these cables often. I travel for work and i lose these cheap cables because they work well and they have a great connection that i know wont fall out of my phone or disconnect from my headphones. The grip on the headphones are actually a little to toght. If you have delicate hands or weak fingers i would recommend getting a better product due to its very snug fit.
