I have no idea how these things work but it's like a miracle! They work so well it's amazing. I have so much knee pain at night when I have walked a lot during the day that I thought if I got these pads they may keep my knee in place and maybe I'd have less pain but OMG! They exceeded my expectations! They smell like mint when you first put them on but after a couple of minutes you don't smell it anymore. They stick to your skin well even when you are moving around a lot. They don't sting or burn or seem cold. Just feels like you have tape on your knee. But then ....No Pain! I love them. I wear them every day on both knees. Great product!

These have worked beautifully for me. They adhere & stay put through the day, their odor is more herbal than medicinal, & they relieve my bone on bone knee pain! Great value & I will buy them again!UPDATE:: after use for a couple of weeks I got a terrible burning sensation & I have not used them since. It was disappointing.

I was impressed with these knee patches . I hyperextended one of my knees and they're really helpful with the pain surrounding this injury. I would actually use two at a time because I had pain in the side of my knee also so I would use one on the front and then wrap another one around the side and it was very helpful for the hyperextension injury.When feeling pain ,I would put them on in the a.m. upon waking up and then I would change it out right before it went to bed basically it would give me 24-hour pain relief that way. I would definitely order these again a natural way of taking care of your knee pain without overdoing it with OTC or prescribed painkillers. I had no problem with them staying stuck on until I took them off. Make sure you're putting them on clean dry skin for the best adhesion.They do have an odor but it is not bad.

They're effective but the adhesive gave me a horrible rash.

Form Fitting, feels great under pants and it forms fits the knee cap. Slight pleasant odor, and the warmth lasts as long as projected. Thank you for the design as regular square heat patches don't seem to stay long on the round, bumpy knee area. Easy to apply and wearing two now! Great value as they stay in place.

I purchased these patches because the reviews seemed very good. At first, once you get past the odd smell, these patches seemed to help. Until I believe it was my third time wearing them. They burned both my knees, chemical burns, with one knee being so much worse than the other. I’m a month past using these, and my knees are both burned still, with what I fear may be permanent skin damage. Of course, it’s too late to contact seller to put in any sort of claim so I’d just hope to warn anyone who is thinking about these patches, that this is a real possibility. Obviously my skin may just be sensitive to whatever the ingredients are, but just beware.
