Wonderful, easy to use device. Good quality sound. Quick delivery. Got the gold one so I can find it easily. I think it’s well worth the price. But absolutely the best part is the included 79-page e-book that tells you how to get the best out of your device. Written in plain understandable language, it’s one of the best manuals I’ve ever read.

Excellent little gadget... works a treat. Very simple and very realistic as an unobtrusive/innocent flash drive. The recordings are of very good quality and for the price this little gadget is a very good buy. I got it as a dictaphone replacement, and I have been very surprised and impressed with the clarity of the recordings.I also liked the tin it comes in, which is useful to keep it in and very presentable.I also really liked the ebooks which came by email, it gives a lot of ideas on how to use the recorder.I also appreciate fact that the seller was very proactive and sent us emails checking up on whether we needed assistance with the product, and as it turned out, I was having a problem with playing the files back on Windows 10 and was almost tempted to think that the product was not compatible with Windows 10, because Groove Player gave an error. However, their email actually addressed this issue, saying Microsoft has set up Groove Player to be the default media player on Windows 10, although it is not fully equipped to play all the codecs. Based on their suggestion, I tried playing my recordings back with Windows Media Player, and it worked perfectly fine. So if you’re a Windows 10 user, don’t give up. There is no problem with the product; it’s Groove Player on Windows 10 that is the problem. Simply switch over to Windows Media Player, and it will work just fine.I was very pleasantly surprised with this voice activated recorder. Recommended.
