Currently nursing a recurrent shin splint. I'm running about 30 miles a week at the moment and each roll lasts at least 8 runs. One got soaked in the rain last week after using it at least six times - left it rolled up on the raidator and almost as good as new when next used. Retains its tackiness well, and has a good degree of elasticity even after multiple uses. Can't recommend enough.
