These digits are beautiful, sufficiently large and modern looking
Here I'm supposed to rate each digit separately but I am using the "1" as a reference for all. These digits are beautiful, sufficiently large and modern looking. The backlight is beautiful to as it leaves a fuzzy shape around the digit. Never mind the nigh light pictures - it is difficult to photograph taht light at night and I had to trust it regardless of the not that great photos. One important item to watch: the light intensity might be too strong to your taste. I am using a PWM regulator that has a potentiometer to adjust the light to my preference which also saves power by a factor of 4. The entire four digits consume about 1 watt, making me leave them on day and night. You should not use a variable voltage regulator as the lighting with various digits will not be even.

Very cool house numbers.
We ordered 4 numbers and they all worked perfectly. If you have moderate skills, they will be fairly easy to install. I opted to tap into my home automation system so they will turn on automatically at dusk and turn off at dawn. Everyone loves the way they look! I get tons of compliments.

If you have a zero in your address beware...
All the numbers look great except for the "0". It seems the Chinese manufacturer screwed up JELSCO's order by making the letter O instead of the number 0, and rather than eat the cost of that mistake, JELSCO hopes to sell their faulty inventory. The other numbers are about 6" wide. This one is 8" wide. So whether you line the numbers up vertically or horizontally, it's clear this one doesn't belong. This is even more apparent if you look at the stainless steel version which has the correct 0 - see https://www.amazon.com/Backlit-Exterior-Stainless-Steel-Resistant-JELSCO/dp/B0714KGW5M/ref=pd_sbs_60_5/130-1270882-6325730?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B0714KGW5M&pd_rd_r=299da5ee-5b1c-11e9-a19a-110cd90917e1&pd_rd_w=3VS0K&pd_rd_wg=55UZq&pf_rd_p=588939de-d3f8-42f1-a3d8-d556eae5797d&pf_rd_r=A5GS7R70CRHBD1B8J363&refRID=A5GS7R70CRHBD1B8J363&th=1

updated:: Nice looking, install instructions and packaging could be better
updated review: after about two months they started to separate away, the glue isn't the right type of glue for an outside door number. all 5 of them separated, the 9 was just more top heavy. The numbers arrived with the pointed metal points and plastic plugs, 3 of the 5 numbers we ordered came with a two bolts and black rubber spacers.3 of the numbers came with a paperish stencil, unfortunately we had two 1's and so had two 1 stencils, and one was crumpled up so it was pretty useless. To install them i used the metal pins to indent a piece of wood with a square and a laser level, the website talks about 5/32 but the screw threads are M5 so i used outdoor graded bolts to replace/and add to the missing ones. Mounted them onto a piece of poplar to mount on the garage. For the missing spaces I used some pvc plastic tubing, think fuel hose would likely work too.For the numbers we had the top bolt holes are in line horizontally.

...a good purchase :)
I admire a good purchase, and this is my best one yet! The facade of my house is looking a bit dull, so I bought this. It's perfect for that extra "oomph" that my house needs.

Worth the money
When we bought our house the previous owners took the numbers with them them. Wife and I both have a history in emergency services and know how hard it is to find a house at night sometimes so we wanted easily readable numbers you could see day or night. These were relatively easy to install after picking up the power pack needed. Hardwired them in and added a dusk sensor so they come on by themselves when the sun goes down. We've had then up for about a month and they are still going strong. Build quality is good, LEDs are secured, and the mounting was simple.

A huge thumbs up for this
I don't know what's all the fuss about the paint finish, but this one receives a huge thumbs up from me. It's satisfying to look at since it looks flawless on my porch plus riders from couriers can easily recognize our house now.

What a beautiful, classy addition to my home.
It's way better than the photos show. I got mine in the stainless finish, added the LED driver, and my electrician had it installed in a snap. People can read my house number NO PROBLEM from the street, and my house is set back pretty far. I am 100% satisfied with this. As my address is a single number, this was the solution to my dillemna. The LED backlight is very bright. There's about 1/4" of clear plastic "lens" behind the number, and it really puts out the light!

Nice!
Looks great, a relatively straight-forward to install onto a brick pillar, I even fitted mine with an over-complicated twilight sensor/switch setup. My only criticism is the lack of instructions (the link on the box directs you to their site where they basically say, every situation is different, figure it out yourself), this might be a problem for a novice DIYer.But all in all, it feels solid and is quite bright at night. 4 1/2 stars.
