In purchased this for my recovery after carpal tunnel surgery. It worked perfectly and made my recovery easier. Item was firm, outer fabric was soft and comfortable. Very pleased with purchase.

My mom broke her upper arm and was experiencing edema in her lower arm due to not being able to raise her arm. This pillow allowed her to prop the lower arm to keep it elevated. Soft, functional

When opening you need to be careful not to cut the item, but otherwise it came in undamaged, just squished. It took about 48 hours to fully form, as is normal for items such as this that had been vacuum sealed.I like that there is the angle with the elevation giving you a comfortable posture for your body part. While it was made for your arm/elbow, one could use it for your knee or leg. This is actually why I got it, because I needed something smaller to use in my recliner, versus the one I use in my bed. I do feel that even for an arm it could be a tad bigger to accommodate larger sized arms (not just those considered plus size, but also maybe though with large muscle mass). It does come with the removable cover that can be washed which is an added bonus.Looking at other similar items, this one is comparable in price. It is comfortable, soft and with a gradual elevation to be ergonomically supportive. While I have seen some for cheaper (in store) the fabric used was not soft, and it was not cushioned as well.I would recommend it for anyone who may find themselves needing to elevate either their arm/elbow or even their knee/leg/ankle.

My son had hand surgery and had to keep his hand elevated. This pillow was perfect!

Purchased for post wrist surgery. Only used a few times. Was slightly awkward to elevate arm at that angle. Ended up using regular pillow instead. Good quality though. Just didn’t like the angle like I thought I would.
