Intertap Stainless Flow Control Faucet

Constantly battling over-pressurized beer is a hassle, but the Intertap Flow Control faucet reduces the need to add more length to the beer line. After purchasing 1 Intertap Flow Control faucet and using the Flow Control to reduce foaming issues, I ended up purchasing 2 more. Perlick Flow Control faucets are another option, but the Intertap faucets have the ability to change from a regular faucet to a Stout dispenser to transferring beer directly into a keg. The versatility is what sold me on the Intertap faucet instead of the Perlick faucet. Unlike Chrome plated faucets, the stainless steel version will not corrode over time. Overall, I believe the Interap faucets are the better pruchasing bargain.

Overall I really like the faucet. The flow control is great. I always start with the flow control turned almost off so the tap/ line has a chance to cool down as the poor is started. This seems to reduce the head to almost nothing(if desired). A little head is good though, right?The only downside is the dripping. I have four of these faucets and they all seem to drip for a while after a pour. Maybe that's normal, but doesn't seem right. That is the reason for the star reduction in my mind.

Using this for my homebrew kegerator. Looks really nice and stainless steel construction means it’s meant to last a lifetime. I also like that the top screws off for changing to stout or growler faucet. This item is right on par with my 1 piece perlick faucets

I bought two of these for my kegerator. I really like the flow control function but one of the faucets drips. I thought that in time the drip would stop. I would gladly change this rating to 5 stars for some asssistance getting the leak to stop (wastes beer and co2).

I've experimented with several different faucets, and have settled on the Intertap. The flow control is a nice feature for when the carbonation isn't quite right. The forward seal is a must! (I've broken the plastic tap handles when beer would dry inside the faucet). The interchangeable tips are easy to remove and install. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.I just ordered 4 more faucets.

Got this because my standard faucet would stick and build up gunk if I didn’t use it everyday. The old one also foamed up beers every time I poured. This is such high quality and fixed all my problems. Flow is nice and consistent. Doesnt stick at all. Doesn’t foam up like my old one did. Worth every penny.

I just got into Kegging about a year ago and I have been through a fair share of "top brands" of faucets. This is hands down the best one we have found and I am changing all my faucets to this one here.

I bought this tap to put directly on a ball lock keg with an adapter and it works perfectly. I can keep the keg at carbonation pressure and regulate the flow/resistance with the arm on the faucet. Perfect everytime.
