I think I have “cut pile carpet” type. I used the gray flexible one for the cracks of the carpet where it meets the wall. I don’t really use the metal one much, I just lightly brush with the other gray brush thats stiffer. It does pull up some carpet fibers so I don’t know if it’s good to use it or not. But I really needed to deep clean the carpets and get out all the dust, human hair, and pet hair and it does the job.

This is really great at getting fur and hair out of carpets and rugs. I doubted it would work well, but it has surpassed my expectations. The one with the rubber head doesn’t work that well (or maybe it’s user error?) and some of the bristles broke off the very first time I used it. But the metal one works amazing!

It works so well! I couldn't believe in how well it worked. I used it on one of our rugs and it looked like I had never vacuumed it before. Gross but super satisfying!I would recommend this to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner to get ALL the hair up.Came in a day and I am happily working on all of my carpets one at a time. :)

We have only really used the brush with the plastic piece and not the metal. I think this is great to use on short carpet or rugs. We tried it on some of our longer carpet, and it did not do very much at all, which we sort of expected. It does great at picking up hair from our short kitchen rugs though. We tried it on our couch and it might just be the fabric, but it started to pull little pieces of thread out and so we discontinued the use on our Love Sac couch. If you need something to get hair off your couch, I might recommend getting a vacuum meant for this.

Wow, just wow I tried to vacume my cat hair off my furniture but could not get it all off. I used this hair removal tool and WOW! Super easy, I was in shock how much hair was actually on my furniture! All gone and beautiful again.

I have 6 dogs and a couple carpets throughout my house. As per owners know, including myself, their is some dog hair that just won't ever come out of carpet no matter how hard we try to remove it. Let me tell you, this little brush removed all of the year old husky fur! It picked it up with a breeze and didn't damage the carpet whatsoever. It was like magic! And when the brush gets full with hair, all you have to do is just pluck it off with ease and keep brushing. This is an absolute must and lifesaver for anybody who is a pet lover and still wants to have clean carpet!

Works really well for my dogs and cat hair. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I sometimes think the cats shed more than the dogs, not true but anyway. Products work well. Recommend for sure

Pet hair remover 4, shedding Corgi 1. It pulls the hair out of my carpet fantastic, I can’t decide which one I like better the both work great. I scored them a 4 because it is a bit tricky getting in the corners and crevices. Pictures were taken before vacuuming.
