I was told that I'm grinding my teeth in my sleep about a year ago. The dentist told me that the solution is really pricy, and you end up grinding it as well, so it's not worth the money. After a few months I noticed I was waking up with a hurting jaw, and I thought I should research this issue online. Found these protectors.They were too big, but as told in the instructions - you can cut the ends to make them fit your mouth. Also, adjusting them to my teeth was really easy. They become flexible with hot water. I chose to use them on my bottom teeth, but it says both options are valid (I might try the top with my next protector).If you grind your teeth - you should really try this. Great value for money.

After suffering a very bad bout of upper and lower jaw ache from grinding my teeth,I thought I would give these a try. I am 67 and this is a recent problem for me.I thought I had to wear them both but was woken to squeaking as they rubbed together.Now I just use one on the lower jaw and find this has done the trick.Takes a little while to get used to and makes me dribble but the aching has gone.

I got my top teeth mouth guard from nhs, costed me over £200! Because I got teeth ache on top currently, so need to get a bottom teeth mouth guard, instead go to dentist again, get it from here, amazing! Easy to use, thicker then nhs one, but who cares, it works perfectly with this incredible price!

Disgraceful product even with boiling water the mouth guard is far from slimline with the plastic not softening enough to even get a reasonable shape. Inferior product and complete waste of money !!!!

great product, easy to use, love it and would buy again. Works just as the one given to me by the dentist but way cheaper.

Super uncomfortable :(Was difficult boiling and taking it out of the water with a utensil because it molds to the utensil and then starts sticking to each other like a mess.Then I try molding it to my teeth and it burned my gums so bad they said it would be fine after leaving it out for 10 seconds.Then I tried going to sleep with them and it was just impossible to sleep with even just the bottom ones on.Not 'thin' or "professional" as the title states.Definitely spend the money and get a dentist-fitted one.

M'a aider à ne plus grincer des dents avec le temps.Un temps d'adaptation mais pas long.Pas tres sexy mais bon...c est pour dormir.Et bien moins cher que le dentiste surtout!!!

perfecto , la verdad que me ha ayudado mucho , ahora ya no rechineo los dientes , lo uso de vez en cuando por si acaso vuelvo a las andadas , la verdad que si lo aconsejo , gracias

Produkt ist gut bis sehr gut. Allerdings nützt sie mir nicht so viel, da ich sie gekauft habe um das Zungenbeißen im Halbschlaf zu verhinder. Da es 2 Teile sind klappt das nur bedingt.

Produit de très très mauvaise qualité, une perte d'argent.Conformément à la notice, j'ai mis ce produit dans l'eau bouillante en suivant le délai indiqué. les deux gouttières ont fondu et se sont collées entre elles. (photo ci jointe).

No es para nada lo que buscaba, pues en otra ocasión compré otra férula que se ampliaba muy bien al perfil dental una vez introden agua muy,muy caliente. Pero, está No. Para nada, está me parece a mi que es para formar parte del equipo de utensilios a utilizar en el blanqueo dental. No para el bruxismo...etc...
