NUOTIE 1/72 Scale F-16I Fighting Falcon Airplane Pre-Build Model Kits Finished Diecast Aircraft Metal Fighter Jet Model Display Collection or Gift (F-16I-Israel)

The model to scale it nice, seems solid but be ready to have to glue handy because the middle keep falling off.

We have here a decent diecast replica of the F-16. Underwing stores and alternative undercarriage configurations are in plastic. The text on the box correctly identifies the aircraft as a Nellis aggressor, although the picture shows a different F-16 from the 182nd FS. Color scheme is pretty good, and there are plenty of clean tampo-printed markings.I'm knocking one star off for a couple of reasons. First, there's a gaping seam on the side of the fuselage between wings and tailplane. More seriously, the products claims to offer "Landing" or "Flight" mode, which doesn't make sense if there isn't a pilot in the cockpit. (Yes, the QF-16 doesn't have a pilot, but this isn't that!) In fact as you can see from the photo, the cockpit contains a weird yellow component which simply looks out of place.(And NUOTIE, please fix the instructions: the metal piece which you provide to insert into the nose is a "pitot tube", not an "oil tube!)

I lose the Israeli paint job on this version of this F-16. If you do buy a pot medal plane display piece, make sure you super glue spots that have been attached, they break off extremely easily. That goes for any size,plane, and brand. Otherwise, they’re awesome!
