I inoculated 6 jars at the same time all in the same conditions and following the exact same sterilization processes. 3 were a pink oyster liquid culture and the other 3 were this product. All 3 jars inoculated with this product were immediately producing green mold. I never once saw healthy mycelium. The 3 jars with pink oyster culture are healthy and thriving. I would not purchase again and will be requesting a refund.

Neatly packaged in a yellow envelope. Came with a sterile needle, instructions, cute mushroom charm and sticker.I innoculated yesterday and am excited to see the progress! Everything exactly as described and even added a couple extra gifts. My fiance loved the little mushroom figurine it now sits atop our family photo of our baby girl being born lol. I will def be continuing to do business with gateway. They are def worth giving a try if your interested in mycology

Item was well packaged but unfortunately the culture was contaminated.

Their customer service is great.

1st syringe has not colonized yet but still breaking grain spawn occasionally but not frequently, 2nd syringe already contaminated after a week after inoculation, hopefully my 3rd syringe from this seller will produce better results as I’ll be using a grow tent and an all in one mix bag. If this one fails idk how I’m going to get my product elsewhere….good luck mycologists.
