Arrived in package that also serves as template for mounting bell box. Good tech support. Supplied without any hard copy instructions but seller responded promptly with request. Manufacturer's tech support requested to supply wiring diagram as bell box was to replace u/s Reson box wired to Accenta G4 alarm panel (no longer supported by OEM) . Email for tech support :[email protected]. They responded promptly to request for info. I like the inclusion of pcb environment cover and little design gifts like lanyard to stop cover from falling when not in place, and bell box lid screws secured in moulding on inside of box . Very easy to secure and worked as advertised. Well pleased.

Replacement for old bellbox that was going off by itself, this was straight forward to swap out, easy wire connection. Does not come with instructions have to download app then full instructions are available. Seems like good product, at night two flashing green lights easy seen from distance.

Bought it to replace an old bell box. The flashing led is a big improvement and makes it look like a new system has been installed. It looks like a far better burglar deterrent and has a sleek looking design.

Quality

Unit is robust, and looks like it is good quality. No instructions in the box, which really annoyed me. As the wiring terminals were not the same as the chirping Honeywell Reson8 box I wanted to be changed, I had to go to the internet to find the wiring, which luckily turned out to be correct. It seems to work OK. Texecom used to put their user manuals online up until a couple of years ago, now it seems you have to login and set up an account, which is just pointless. I will think carefully before using Texecom again.
