I have started to use this vitamin C cream for a few years, because I had red sensitive skin I bought it, I like the texture, hopefully it works well and calm my skin as well as soothe it.A bit expensive for this Ml

The media could not be loaded. The texture & feel of this serum is much more like a moisturiser. It spreads well & sinks into the skin quickly leaving a soft sheen. It took a couple of weeks to notice a difference, but when it did kick in looking at before & after photos the brightening was impressive! I started slow once a week & now use it twice a week in the day time. Although it has centella I also add a centella serum after & focus generally on soothing products. Despite that I did have a little bit of redness initially but that subsided & overall I’m impressed with the brightening effect this serum has. You also need a small amount & because the vitamin C is a stabilised form, it doesn’t need to be kept in the fridge nor should it’s effectiveness reduce before 90 days.

I read the reviews and still thought I’d give it a try in hopes I’d love it as much as the majority….well…after cleansing I thought I’d add it to my night routine….i woke the next morning looking like a puffer fish….my whole face was red and swollen needing the doctors I was then prescribed antihistamines and a steroid cream as the skin was almost like a chemical burn! This was used with the snail mucin and a moisturiser that I’ve never had a problem with…I have sensitive skin but this really was not for me please be careful if you too have sensitive skin as I’m on day 4 of trying to recover the mess it left my skin in
