I order these by the case because I use them daily for years now. I've never had a bottom fall out or a side seam let go. They have a classy and classic look to boot.

They can handle hot liquid easy, you do not need additional sleeve around a cup. I even place them in microwave and boil water in them. After I can take cup in my hands without any problem. Perfect size for a morning coffee. Size of 16 oz is the last size that you can get for a good price, next size 20 oz is much more expensive, almost double of price for this item.

I have been using these cups for 15 years and buy them by the case. However the most recent case that I purchased has serious problems. The cups felt smoother on the outside. I soon realized that this was because Georgia-Pacific has eliminated much of the heat insulation on the outside of the cup. As a result the cups are too hot to hold. I could not carry one 15 feet from the coffee pot to the table. In my opinion these are DANGEROUS. Do not buy them unless you want to risk dropping a hot cup of coffee because it is too hot to hold. And – by the way - as others have found out some of them leak. Don’t buy these.

These don't hold hot coffee without leaking as long as they used to. I guess thats the way everything is these days. But I don't have to like it.

These cups are great because I do not need to purchase sleeves, and the price point is fantastic!

Love these cups. However when reordered the company switched to 10oz and shipped.Be careful when you order. It looks like 16oz in unavailable from this supplier

At least one in four cups is faulty and leaks ... do not use the product often so did not realize until after return window had closed... please contact!
