Designed for runners (but only those who don't sweat)
UPDATE - First pair stopped charging around a week after writing the review. Second pair of these did much better on the battery life front, delivering six hours as promised, but after a week, they died. On closer inspection, sweat had penetrated the usb port cover and corroded the contacts, meaning that it no longer charges. Sad, as they're a nice design in many ways, but if they can't stand up to sweat then they're no use as sports headphones.ORIGINAL TEXT - Bought these after killing three pairs of jabra pulse headphones and one cheap pair with sweat. Early days with these, hopefully they'll stand up to moisture better - I'll revisit this review in a few months to confirm. Otherwise, first impressions are good - these are very well designed for runners, with reflective detailing, balanced weight in each ear (the remote on one side is matched by an identical plastic pod on the other side), decently stable fit (particularly impressive since they don't go deep into the ear canal) and limited isolation which means that you can hear a car coming up behind you (as long as you don't crank the volume to the max). Sound quality (in a quiet environment) is pretty good too - confident but not overpowering bass, good presence - not an audiophile's earphones but a cut above other exercise headphones I've tried. Only negative is that the battery life so far is much lower than the 6+ hours promised - I've been getting closer to 3 hours, although the battery might be taking a few cycles to get properly calibrated.

Get what you pay for....
I have the wired versions of the same earphones. Sonically they are pretty poor which is ok given the purpose but what isn’t useful is how quiet they are. Go running on a windy day and you won’t hear much. Moreover, the biggest issue by far is the Bluetooth connection. It drops constantly with long periods of disconnect. When it is connected you get this loud (louder than the music!!) double beep which is some kind of warning but it isn’t clear what it is for. Finally, the voice used to tell you the battery health is....wonky.There is some good news, the ear clips work. They don’t easily fall out your ears....! Well done!

Great fit, a little quiet
These have the best fit of any earbuds I have ever had that aren't Bose. The fit is snug and stays in the ear. I have found the connection strong and it switches between devices easily and without any hassle. They do seem a little too quiet for me despite the good fit. I can hear external noise and they don't seem to have any bass at all. If the sound was louder, they would be 5 stars for me.

Poor bluetooth connectivity, sound issues, default volume too loud, good battery life.
The headphones have good battery life and charge quickly. Sound quality when they work is fine, however every time the headphones are powered on or off a voice announcing this play in the headphones at a painfully high volume which cannot be adjusted or deactivated. Occasionally the headphones will de-synchronize from their coupled device and a sharp, painfully loud noise is sent out. After 4 months of daily use the left earbud has begun to fail which is rather disappointing considering these are advertised as sports-grade.

Sometimes reviews are worth reading
Please note I bought these *Used - very good*The order arrived in good time and was well packaged. They arrived with two sets of small ear buds and one of large (handy as I'm a medium) but all looked new and unused. Also supplied was a frankly ridiculous, big, leather pouch but as it was the earphones I wanted that didn't overly bother me.The sound quality was amazing and even though the buds were too small they didn't fall out that often. The killer was the battery life. Monster boasts about how durable and tough the ear buds are but this is all academic when the battery cannot survive a daily commute journey.Despite the host of reviews going on about the battery life, I was happy to give them a chance at a reduced price and sadly, the reviews were correct. The return process has been really easy and I'm just upset they didn't live up to expectations as the sound quality was fab.

Looks nice, fits well in the ear but worked only ...
Looks nice, fits well in the ear but worked only once then would not recharge. Turns on for 2-3seconds (blue light) then goes off. Also when running it cuts out frequently as your arms move back and forth (presume this is to do with the strength of the headphones receiving signal as my other headphones worked fine. This got quite annoying whilst running and would put me off buying it again. Hopefully future models will have sorted this out as i normally quite like Monster's headphones.

Great product but temperamental and stops working randomly
Love these earphones unfortunately have had to replace them a few times. Just stopped working/ wouldn’t charge etcExcellent customer service by amazon who promptly resolved the problem by replacement but just annoying to have reoccurring issues.

Brilliant!!
These are my second pair, as I lost my other ones. They are simply great for running and the gym, they don't fall out, and are very comfortable.
