Just add eggs (or egg replacement powder) grated carrot and margarine (dairy or soya) to make a 2 tier 6in cake. This cake last 3-4 days when made with butter icing but sadly does not freeze well due to the carrots.The cake mix is free free from Gluten Wheat Dairy Corn and Soya.Ingredients: (in no particular order): potato starch rice flour dried carrot flakes gluten free baking powder cinnamon xanthan gum buckwheat (sarrasin) flour sugar.
