Quality matches the money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Honestly price is what you would expect. The guide flap in the back broke from doing absolutely nothing but I got them installed. Rides fine, sits fine. The only issue was the tab falling off hence the 3 stars. Everyone reading this if you purchase struts and install them you MUST get an alignment, I see many reviews blaming the strut for something I believe is normal after strut replacement and that an alignment would fix. Done on 2012 Passat

You get what you pay for
Used for 2012 VW Jetta. The two struts are cheaper than one strut from the parts store. Yes, they fit. Yes, they work. But they are so stiff that the car now sits over 2 inches higher than stock in the front. Hopefully, with time they will sag but I wouldn't purchase these again.
