This unit works exceptionally well. I love using it. It is so easy to use and clean. Chops and purées things perfectly. It is so much easier to use compared to my really expensive food processor. It does the job so quickly and effortlessly. It has a great capacity. I like that you can see the food as it chops or purées it. Love the 7 cup capacity. It’s a keeper!

The La Reveuse Food Processor is a truly exceptional appliance that stands out in a crowded market, primarily for its revolutionary noise level. This machine boasts excellent power yet runs with an incredibly quiet operation compared to every other food processor I have owned. It is so quiet, in fact, that you can freely carry on a phone conversation without interruption, and you can be absolutely confident that the sound won't wake a sleeping child or family member. Beyond its silent strength, the processor is brilliantly designed. The bowl volume is very convenient for daily tasks. I particularly love that the bowl is made of durable glass and includes removable rubber edges that prevent slipping during use. Best of all, this rubber base easily detaches, making cleaning a breeze. The two-speed function is perfect for various tasks, and the blade is remarkably sharp, handling everything I throw at it perfectly. It is also a safe processor to operate. This is a top-tier machine that combines efficiency, quiet performance, and smart design. Highly recommended!

I am very impressed with this food processor. I purchased it as a replacement for a mini plastic door chopper that was extremely loud and finally broke. I used it primarily for making crumb crusts for pies. The La Reveuse is larger, but the fact that it has 4 blades, it can chop (cookies) quickly and with minimal vibration or noise. I used it to mix in the melted butter so that the crust was ready to press into my pie pans. After washing it out I also used it for chopping onions and peppers, then garlic cloves and mushrooms for a meat sauce. I will be using this often, as it made the task almost effortless. I have grandchildren who don't like to see their vegetables, so this makes it easy to chop things small enough to allow me to cook with vegetables they would otherwise not eat. It is easy to clean. The one problem people have is lining up the cutting wheel with the motor assembly. Most of the time this was not an issue. One time I had to manually turn the cutting wheel stem a few degree to line it up with the receiving hole in the motor assembly. Use your eyes. It is to be expected that this will happen from time to time. Not a deal killer. My old one also occasionally had hiccups getting it lined up properly. In this case, however, it is obvious to me how to "fix." I do love that it is a nice sturdy glass bowl. It feels high quality. Going forward I'll be looking into other appliances made by La Reveuse.

I agree with other reviewers that this food processor is an amazing tool. I have other blenders and processors that are sitting idle on the shelf since I purchased the La Reveuse. But I also agree with other reviewers that engaging the motor on the blade spindle is tricky. To me, it's like plugging in a USB cable--at least 50% of the time you get it wrong. I'm not convinced it's as simple as the motor has to face the right way in the lid---sometimes I realign multiple times before I get it to work. I would like to see the company revisit the design and try to improve the usability. If a new model works better, I would consider buying another. Better yet: issue a retrofit!

My goodness this is such an amazing product. It took only a minute to chop the vegetables (beetroot).. this product saved my time and day.. truly grateful for this built. Since it’s made of glass no worries about cleaning , microplastic entering food . Very convenient size and easy to clean. So easy to use no complicated instructions. Thank you a ton!

This is an awesome blender! Not too large, easy to clean. I love the glass bowl. The 4 blades make ham salad in record time! So glad I got it!

Storage capacity is ideal and easy to stack in the small space and you can always keep the motor part separately which gives more freedom to move around the items. The whole items is very user friendly and hassle free. I have so far used the item to chop some vegetables like onions, mushrooms, garlic etc, depending on the durtation you can get very fine pieces. However, do not keep the rotation more than 30 seconds continously as they recommend it. Motor itself is also very quiet and safe to use. The big container has silicon or rubber nonslipping ring which keeps the whole unit steady but only downside is that ring comes off easily. I have used the plastic lid and main glass container in dishwasher and top rack for drying so far they are safe. I will recommend it for anyone and good item to be gifted.

This is a real gem for folks who enjoy cooking but not the hassle of chopping. Easy to use and easy to clean! Love it.
