I like the unit. Well built, easy to assemble, nice cover over the flame unit. Really makes the outdoor area look nice, very cozy.

It arrived a few weeks ago and I've been hesitant on taking it all out of the box and putting it together, but it's for the grandkids :)When I opened the box, I was amazed of how well packaged everything was and how well organized and protected...As I opened up the directions I was equally amazed of how simple it was to put this together...it took me all of 30 minutes! Great product!

Great quality and price!! Love the style, look and shelf around fire-some have glass enclosing fire but this is so much better! Controls are great and different settings for fire! Perfect height! Goes perfectly with sectional furniture! We will be using this during all seasons-and will make being outdoors during the winter more cozy and fun! LOVE IT! THANK YOU!

I got this round fire pit for my birthday the beginning of July. It started up and after that, the weather and working didn't give me the opportunity to use it until 3 weeks later. When I tried to start it, it would go out the second I let go of the switch. I did all of the trouble shooting steps carefully and still nothing. I was beginning to worry as my window to return it was only a week away. I emailed the support team and the actually called me FROM CHINA!! Charlie was incrediably understanding and said he would mail out a new switch and a new thermcoupling ASAP, and if after we installed them, my fire pit still didn't work, I didn't have to send it back (the return time would have expired), but I could keep the fire pit and they would refund my money!! And they gave me all of this in a text and an email to make sure I didn't lose any money. Can't get better than that! Highly recommend this product and this company! Five stars aren't enough in my opinion.

I got this about a week ago and have only used it a handful of times. It was extremely easy to put together, and really doesn’t take up too much space! The only issue I’ve had is that the light switch doesn’t really work… I let the gas run through and then go to light it and it doesn’t work so I have to end up manually lighting it with a lighter. Overall I do like this product but wish the light switch would work! I think it’s great deal for the price and the overall quality is good! A few dents from shipping but I would definitely buy this again!

Great product. Easy to assemble. Puts out great heat. Looks good.

The media could not be loaded. Lit according to directions holding knob in fo 15 seconds. Fire stays on for a while then goes out. Also turns rocks black.

I like the woven metal look. Big round top could be a bit smaller but the overall look is amazing.Gotta get my black rock to put in. Excited to use it

This item was given to me as a gift and purchased another one as a gift for someone else. Works awesome and looks great

so its very nice looking, but we have had an issue keeping it lit, the flame pops on about a foot high and pops off , only way to keep it somewhat going is to hold the turn dial in, I can smell propane also when trying to light it again, we contacted the seller but never heard back. we are going to return this one.
