Exactly like it is in the picture, comfortable, and take less than 10 minutes to put together.. my only complaint is the way they Saran wrapped the leather.. it’s through the parts that are screwed together so you have to loosen the screws to get all the wrap out. It was annoying but I’m thankful there were no marks or damage because of it

This is a nice chair but it is very light weight. It tips over when most of my clients stand up. And it moves when clients sit down, even though it is on a fatigue mat.It’s a very aesthetic chair and I get lots of compliments on the look of it.

These chairs are gorgeous! Came in a timely manner and were so easy to put together! Very sturdy and look so fancy! Every client loves them and say they are very comfortable!

It’s not like it was a super noticeable imperfection so I’m ok with it*Absolutely Beautiful. Just as Described and Pictured. Quality seems pretty good. very easy to put together. I got all working parts. I think because of the luxury aesthetic, it’s worth the priceFirst part of video shows the gouge imperfection on the foot rest.I’m not pleased about it,& I’m hoping the seller will replace that !Besides that I’m happy with it & glad I made the purchase.

It’s very comfortable and it sits very high and I’m obsessed with my chair and fast shipping as well. The directions could be a little more clear when it comes the whole “H” part but I figured it out what “H” was and all you have to do is use the little screw driver to loosen up the pump to secure in the pump lever.
