Perfect pans for different chafing dishes
I have 2 different brands of chafing dishes and these pans fit each one well. My dishes came with a full pan and one came with 2 half pans. I was having a party and wanted to have refills of food warming in the oven, then when the guests nearly emptied the one out out, I could just grab another and swap the pans (rather than scooping stuff.) Some things are simple to refill, but something like a baked ziti, lasagna, apple cobbler , etc. really needs its own pan.These were perfect for my needs. I don't have matching metal lids (though I could buy some) but foil works just as well and doesn't need washed or put somewhere during a busy party. The metal is sturdy and strong. I don't think they're meant for use on a stovetop burner, but are fine to bake in and to use with a steam chafing pan.I just hand wash mine, but they probably would do ok in a dishwasher.

Broken and useless after 3 months.
Broke after 3 months. Called support line and it seems to be a non existent number. Extremely disappointed in this product and lack of support. If you want to throw your money away...buy this.

Worked well for a month, then didn't work
I bought this because I needed a portable food warming station to keep food warm while it was packaged. I set this on a counter and placed pans of freshly cooked chicken under it, and it did the job - the area under the lamp was extremely hot.One day, however, it just went out. Nothing out of the normal happened - it wasn't dropped, there was no power surge, it wasn't stored improperly - but it just stopped working about a month after I purchased it. This lamp was used infrequently - maybe about once every 2-3 days, and it wasn't run hours upon hours either. I'm not sure why it stopped, but that gives this product a 3-star rating.
