I have been looking for elastic waistband pants for a while. I had cancer surgery about 5 years ago and I have both a colostomy and an ileostomy and these pants fit perfectly. You don't notice the ostomy (gear) bags. If you have either of these, you need to check out these pants.

My husband found these pants to be very comfortable.

these are good pants, just have an issues with the zipper - so I have to modify them for my husband - not everyone would have this issue and they look nice on him

Soft material, love the elastic waistband. Whatever your waist is order a size smaller and you will still have enough waist room.
