This foot warmer is ideal in every way. I have perennially cold feet, to the point of pain. I can't sleep if my feet are cold. I have tried a number of heated blankets and foot warmers the are placed under the bottom sheet. They either get too hot, or they bunch up under the sheet. This little device is perfect. Like a little pocket for my feet. I love that the top of the warmer heats also so the top of your feet remain warm also. The material is plush and soft. It has 9 settings but I only need to turn it on 1-3 for plenty of heat. I only use it on the 1 setting though the night. It's my favorite item ever.

Good so far. The only complaint is that for me the control switch is too close to the heat pad.
