The media could not be loaded. I’m a pen pusher by trade (office worker) and managed to replace my old taps in 2mins!! The valve inside my old taps (the hot tap) had broke Friday afternoon where the tap wouldn’t close. I couldn’t remove the valve as it had seized inside the chrome otherwise this may have been a cheaper repair, just to replace the valves. I Ordered this replacement and took all of a few mins to refit. Works perfectly well. Although not an identical replacement, looks spot on.

Faulty
The media could not be loaded. The The tap was installed by a professional plumber. When the water was turned back on, there was water leaking from the connection joint. The plumber checked the washers and the seals and put plumbers tape to give it more of a secure fixing, but unfortunately it did not resolve the matter. He confirmed the item was 40. we contacted Amazon and the company which we purchased this tap from refused to give us a replacement tap and would only issue a refund on return. This was not feasible as we couldn’t take the tap off until we had a replacement due to having to switch off the water in the property. I found their cooperation to understand our situation, lacking in compassion, completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Lost alot of pressure from water
I have to not recommend this as i brought this because my taps originally broke and was in a rush cus without no bath or showers i was screwed i got this installed this and ever since installing this i have LOST alot of water pressure instead of a propper shower it trickles iv checked the connectors and valves nothing is blocking them and the valves are fully open good for a temp think would not recommend permanent
