The mug arrived in the estimated time. I know a previous buyer had said theirs hadn’t come with a box (I’m sure it was a little slip up) but mine arrived fully intact in its own mug box.No imperfections on the mug either, but that’s what I’ve come to expect from Emma’s Bridgewaters mugs.
