I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too!The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

Very easy to mix and taste is great! Find it a bit sickly towards the end. Would recommend getting more than one flavour to mix it up a bit. But overall I think it works well! Am happy with the result!

One of the best preworkouts for me that is available on the market. Tasty and works incredibly well.The only thing that I would and did change is the amount of the watter you need to put in it. Double it from 250ml to 500ml. Same effect, taste is better!
