Hard but good and tasty
You have better have good teeth when you eat these because they are really hard. Thought they would be a little softer but no. The taste is very good though. 👍

Hits all the marks
It’s hard to believe, but I will, that there are no other ingredients in these mushrooms. Other brands have maltose which causes me to bloat so I avoid it. These are delicious and taste just like the ones with maltose’s. They crunch savory and delicious.
