Writing this review after using it for 1 month. A perfect example of the words "Looks Deceive" Gives neck pain and lower back pain. Even if this chair looks like an ergonomic chair, it's not perfect. The headrest cannot be adjusted height-wise (Big thumbs down). Using an additional pillow to support my neck now. Using a small pillow for supporting the lower back even after having an arch-like back support fitting(Meaning it's not serving its purpose). Also, you will keep slipping away in the chair because of the fabric type used. All together it's not worth the price. Very unsatisfied... :(

The product is durable and build quality is nice and sturdy. It is worth investing in it espcially if you are someone who works long hours sitting in a place. The foot rest is not a gimmick. It is strong and support the foot properly. Plus the Assembly is super simple.

The packaging was good; it was relatively easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable, and the aesthetics is good. The colour and looks are as in the sales photographs.
