Youtube videos on how to swap out the wheels reveal how easy it can be. These parts matched my American Tourist suitcase exactly, as predicted by the product description. Disassembly of the old wheels goes fast. It is fussy to get the screws to line up when putting the new parts in, but I was able to do it with a hand screw driver instead of a screw gun. Happy to keep my 15 year old $200 suitcase out of the landfill!!! Definitely recommend this.

It did not specify Samsonite per say! A looked at a lot of spinner wheels. The bases have many shapes! The wheel base to the suitcase had to match by figure or shape. This product had the best wheel base shape!

The screw placements and alignment looked good as a replacement for my Samsonite bag. However, upon receipt and closer inspection, the wheel protrudes further beyond the edge of the luggage in a manner that the original Samsonite wheel does not. By doing so, I have serious concerns about my luggage continuing to fit in Delta's overhead bins, as my bag is already a tight fit on most flights. I am returning this item.

These weren’t exact replacements, but enough description provided that I knew they would work. My Ricardo suitcase has held up pretty well for lots of trips, but finally a wheel needed replaced. These wheels look to be of similar quality and should hold up well.

I had one broken wheel on an American Tourister medium bag. After initiating a warranty from American Tourister, they wanted me to mail (at my expense) the bag across the state for them to evaluate! And if it didn't meet their warranty requirements, I would have had to pay for them to fix it, or pay to have the bag returned. Shame on you American Tourister! So grateful for Zoofen, who had exactly the right wheel replacement. Even though it cost me to replace the wheel, I didn't want to go through the rigamarole with American Tourister's outdated, unfair, and complex "Warranty" process. Thank you! It works great.

I replaced all four wheels on my Samsonite carry on suitcase. I’ve only flown twice since then, and on my most recent trip one, then a second, wheel fell off somewhere between the plane and baggage claim! Not durable at all.
